About Uberlândia and the Triângulo Mineiro region

Uberlândia is a municipality in the interior of Minas Gerais that is located in the Triângulo Mineiro region. Being the second most populous city in the state, with around 700 thousand inhabitants, it has a strategic geographical location in the country's south-central region. Ranked 46th in the Best Cities to Do Business 2019 Ranking (by Urban Systems) and 57th in the Connected Smart Cities 2019 ranking (Urban Systems). It has an innovation ecosystem with startups, companies, civil society, public authorities, and public and private educational institutions.

The Mineiro Triangle is a region located in the Southeast of Minas Gerais bordering the states and São Paulo, Goiás, and Mato Grosso do Sul and is among the most productive and promising in Brazil, with outstanding contributions in the areas of agribusiness and technology.
